International Virtual Phone Numbers with a Cloud PBX

Local business phone numbers in 70+ countries, managed from one place

Get virtual phone numbers in the US, UK, Cyprus, Poland and dozens of other countries in 2–3 business days. Every call lands in one workspace, and you see recordings and stats for each country.

A Local Phone Number Abroad — No Office Required

Customers are more likely to call a number from their own country. It costs them less and feels more trustworthy than dialing an international code. A virtual phone number gives you that local presence without an office, hardware or a contract with a local carrier. All you need is an internet connection.

How a Virtual Business Phone Number Works

A virtual phone number isn’t tied to a SIM card or a physical phone line. Calls travel over the internet to your cloud PBX, which decides who on your team picks up.

Outbound calls work the same way: your team calls customers from the local number, so they see a number from their own country.

Why Businesses Get a Virtual Number in Another Country

Test a new market

Start taking calls from a new country before you open an office there. If demand isn't there, simply switch the number off

One team, many countries

Your reps work from one office or remotely and answer calls from every number. They see which country is calling before they pick up

All branches in one system

One account, one bill and shared reporting instead of a separate carrier in every country

Track ads by country

Give each country or campaign its own number and see which market and channel actually drive calls

Keep work calls separate

Reps take calls in the app, not on their personal phones. If someone leaves, the number and call history stay with your company

    International Virtual Phone Numbers: FAQ

What is an international virtual phone number?

It's a phone number with another country's code that runs over the internet. You don't need a SIM card, an office or a phone line in that country. Customers dial a local number, and your team answers in the browser or mobile app from anywhere.

How much does an international virtual number cost?

The price has two parts: a cloud PBX plan, based on how many people take calls, and the numbers themselves, based on the country. You'll find current plans in the pricing section above, and we'll send you an exact quote for your countries.

Which countries can I get a virtual number in?

More than 70 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa, including the US, UK, Cyprus, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Canada, Israel, Kazakhstan and Singapore. Tell us where you need numbers, and we'll confirm what's available.

Can I buy just a phone number without the PBX?

No. Numbers run on the cloud PBX, which routes calls, records conversations and collects your stats. For a small team, the Starter plan is enough.

Do I need documents to get a virtual number?

Numbers in the US, UK, Poland, Spain, Denmark and Cyprus come with no paperwork. Some countries ask for company registration documents, and a few only issue numbers to local residents or with local documents. We’ll tell you what applies after you send a request.

How long does it take to get a number?

2–3 business days. In that time, we connect your numbers and set up the cloud PBX for your team.

Can I make outbound calls from a virtual number?

Yes. Your team can call customers from the local number, so customers see a number from their own country. Outbound minutes are billed separately from the plan.

Can I port my existing number?

Yes, if it’s a virtual number: we’ll connect it to CallGear using its SIP credentials. Our managers will walk you through the details.

Do I need phones or other hardware?

No. Calls come in through the browser or the mobile app. If your office already has IP phones, you can connect them too.

What's the difference between a cloud PBX and a traditional PBX?

A traditional PBX is hardware in your office that you have to buy and maintain. A cloud PBX runs on the provider's servers. You set it up in the browser, add team members in minutes, connect numbers in different countries and pay monthly.
